Opportunity HR Specialist

Mainly Tasks and Responsibilities:

Relationship with local HR, In charge of control HR costs forecasting process, reporting to Headquarter figures, analysis...
Anticipation of any external decisions that may impact staff costs (regulations, tax, benefit...)
Implement and update internal benchmark system covering different types of hiring, make sure a competitive compensation structure is in place so as to attract and retain talents;
Payroll process: control payroll process and HRcost reporting
Understand legal and tax treaties to ensure all C&B operation is legal and with best practice;
Assist in the execution of major HR programs. Initiate, draft and implement identified HR projects that are linked to department or personal objectives;
Good knowledge and practical experience on labor related laws and detailed regulations for national and local city levels;
Be able to dealing with highly confidential information;

Technical skills:

2-year or above related experience in finance / HR
Over university degree, Business Administration, Accounting or HR major
Fluent in English (both written and speaking)
