• For Bathing with mud: to naturally remove skin oils, acne and remove skin dead cells. Pour a generous layer of mud on a luffa and apply mud to your body. Rinse with lukewarm water. Towel dry and apply a generous layer of Dolmen body lotion for magical results.

• To ease painful muscles and joints and for after sport usage: heat the mud to body temperature in hot water then open the bag and apply on painful parts. Rinse after 10 minutes with lukewarm water.

• To have a relaxing and nourishing mud message: mix mud with ¼ Dolmen Body Lotion in a bowl using a wooden spoon. Massage into body for 5 minutes in bath tub and rinse with lukewarm water.

• To have a nourishing sun bath with Dead Sea mud: apply the contents of the bag on your body and shower after 5-10 minutes in the sun.
